What we collect, why, and who sees it

Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, whether you own a tractor, your home region, any plan you built in the trip planner, and — on the referral form — the name and number of the driver you are referring and your own. During onboarding we collect the documents needed to lease on (CDL, medical card, tractor registration and inspection, LLC and EIN paperwork, banking details for settlements). Those are collected through the DOT application, not through this website.

What we collect automatically. Our web server logs the pages you visit, the time, your IP address, your browser type, and the page that referred you. The site records a small number of anonymous events (for example, that a visitor opened the Regional planner) so we can see which pages help drivers. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not identify visitors who have not filled in a form.

How we use it

To call or text you back about the lease-on opportunity you asked about; to answer your questions; to run onboarding and, once you are leased on, dispatch, settlements and compliance; to pay referral bonuses; and to keep records required by the FMCSA, the IRS and state agencies. We keep the record of your text-message consent, with the exact wording you agreed to, for at least five years.

Text messages (SMS)

You only receive texts from LoadMo if you tick the consent box on one of our forms or text us first. We send a confirmation when your request arrives, and our recruiting manager may text you about your application, documents and scheduling. Message frequency varies; typically 2–6 messages a month while you are in the recruiting process. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of being considered for a lease-on opportunity.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share information only with service providers who process it for us (our telephone and texting provider, our web host, drug-testing and background-check vendors during onboarding, and our settlement/factoring and insurance partners once you are leased on), with government agencies when the law requires it (FMCSA, IRS, state DOT and licensing bodies), and with brokers and shippers to the extent needed to dispatch a load. Each of these may use the information only to provide the service.

Your choices

Reply STOP to end texts. Ask us to delete your inquiry by emailing info@loadmo.llc or calling (513) 991-6706; we will remove it unless a law requires us to keep it (for example, the consent record or onboarding files). You can also ask us what we hold about you.

Security and retention

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored on a server we control, outside the public web folder. Lead inquiries are kept for up to three years; consent records for at least five; driver qualification files for the periods the FMCSA requires.

Children

This site is for licensed commercial drivers and is not directed at anyone under 18.
