Text messages from LoadMo
These terms cover text messages sent by LoadMo, LLC from our business numbers, including (513) 991-6706 and (513) 837-2840. Effective 14 September 2026.
Program description
By opting in to SMS from a web form on loadmo.llc, by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number and asking to be contacted, you agree to receive text messages from LoadMo, LLC. The messages are customer-care messages about your inquiry: confirmation that we received your request, replies to your questions, information about pay and requirements you asked for, scheduling of your recruiting call, and onboarding steps and documents. We do not send marketing blasts.
Frequency, cost, opting out
Message frequency varies; most drivers receive 2–6 messages a month while their application is active. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP, email info@loadmo.llc, or visit https://loadmo.llc. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of being considered for a lease-on opportunity.
Privacy
Your phone number and your SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who processes it for us.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most US carriers.
