Send us a driver who leases on and stays. You get $500 when they pass 30 days under LoadMo authority and another $500 at 90 days. No cap on how many you refer. Open to LoadMo operators, and to anyone else who knows a good driver.
Two payments, written down
You send the name and number
Use the form below or text Tina. We call the driver the same day and tell them who sent them. Your referral is logged with a timestamp the moment it arrives.
$500 on the first milestone
When the driver has been under dispatch for 30 days with at least one settled load, the first $500 goes out with the next Friday settlement run — direct deposit if you are a LoadMo operator, check or Zelle if you are not.
$500 on the second
At 90 days still leased on and active, the second $500 goes out the same way. Refer three drivers who stay and that is $3,000.
Who counts, and who does not
Counts: a Class A owner-operator (or one buying a tractor within 30 days) who has not applied to or spoken with LoadMo in the last 6 months, who leases on and runs under our authority. You must be named on the referral before the driver's first call with us — the form does that automatically.
Does not count: referring yourself, a driver already in our system, or a driver who leaves and re-leases. If two people refer the same driver, the first timestamped referral is paid.
Timing: the 30- and 90-day clocks start on the driver's first dispatched load. Bonuses are paid within 14 days of each milestone. If the driver leaves before a milestone, that payment does not vest; the earlier one is yours to keep.
Tax: referral bonuses are reported on a 1099 when they reach the IRS threshold for the year. We will ask for a W-9 before the first payment.
LoadMo may end or change the program for future referrals with notice on this page; referrals already submitted are paid on the terms shown when they were sent.
